What is the brand service fee?
Brands pay a 5% service fee on top of their campaign budget. For example, a $1,000 campaign costs $1,050 total. This covers payment processing, escrow protection, and platform maintenance.
What is the creator service fee?
Creators have a 10% service fee deducted from their earnings. For example, on a $1,000 milestone payment, creators receive $900. This covers platform services and payout processing.
How does escrow work?
When brands fund a campaign, the money is held securely in escrow. Funds are released to creators only when milestones are completed and approved by the brand. This protects both parties.
What payment methods are supported?
We support EcoCash, InnBucks (works on any network), OneMoney, and card payments (Visa/Mastercard) through Paynow Zimbabwe.
How fast are payouts processed?
Payout requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Mobile money payouts (EcoCash, InnBucks) are usually instant once processed.
